The whole process of the project adopts information technology such as distributed control system (DCS) and automation, piping, and closed production process equipment, as well as international leading environmental protection treatment facilities such as RTO heat storage incineration waste gas treatment equipment imported from Italy and Japan. The technical equipment level is domestic Leading in the same industry, the production capacity is far ahead in the same industry in Zhejiang Province. A modern large-scale paint R&D and manufacturing enterprise with an annual output of 30,000 tons of synthetic resin, 55,000 tons of environmentally friendly high-performance high-solid solvent-based coatings, and 65,000 tons of environmentally friendly water-based industrial and architectural coatings was completed and fully put into trial production.
